are <strong>mainly working<\/strong> on two big projects as <strong>consultants<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are giving <strong>technical advice<\/strong> to a company in <strong>Saudi Arabia<\/strong> opening a<strong> chain of caffetterie<\/strong> with a special interest in the quality of their product, we\u2019ve been working on creating a fresh concept where coffee is the main actor and efficiency behind the counter is the key to good service. Looking for the <strong>ergonomic design<\/strong> of the <strong>workspace<\/strong> and finding the adequate <strong>equipment<\/strong> to get the best out of each type of coffee preparation!<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Egypt<\/strong> we are giving consultancy to a new <strong>capsules company<\/strong> that\u2019s trying to bring the single origin <strong>experience<\/strong> to the regular capsule drinker, this means in the last days we\u2019ve been tasting, tasting and tasting!! Our work, in this case, starts from the <strong>selection of green beans<\/strong> and finding an appropriate <strong>roast profile<\/strong> for each one to make sure the machine will be able to extract all those great aromas.<br \/>\nOnce we\u2019ve found our possible coffees it\u2019s time to chose how to approach the public and <strong>introduce<\/strong> the concept of specialty coffee to our future coffee passionate.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Germany<\/strong> we are following a <strong>Coffee Shop chain<\/strong> with more than twenty high sellings shops,\u00a0<strong>training all the Barista<\/strong> to increase the<strong> quality and the consistency of all the coffee drinks<\/strong> served in the shops and trying to <strong>improve the efficency of their workflow<\/strong> behind the bar. And they are looking to introduce<strong> basic latte art patterns<\/strong>\u00a0(Heart, Rosetta&#8230;) in their milk based drinks.<\/li>\n<li>Our trainers have taken a trip to <strong>Nepal<\/strong> for a company called One House Solution to <strong>train their barista trainers and roasters<\/strong> to improve the quality of their work.\u00a0<span>Together with the owners and the roasters they\u2019ve worked on developing different roast profiles with their coffee to understand the impact on the flavor of the final product.
