This month we had the great opportunity of being invited at the Coffee and Chocolate Expo in Riyadh<\/strong> where we were given the chance to teach about coffee in an amazing workshop area prepared just for us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our goal was to transmit some of our italian knowledge to the new and passionate baristas and businessmen in Saudi Arabia:<\/strong> barista courses, caf\u00e8 management, latte art and green bean selection were only some of the topics we chose to talk about in our short but concentrated workshops. The participants showed a lot of interest with some great questions<\/strong> and the organizers seemed happy with our work, that\u2019s more than we could ask for.<\/span><\/p>\n

One morning we were able to visit Camel Step Coffee Roasters <\/strong>and try some of their single origins, they are doing a very good job and we hope they keep it up.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve learned a lot in these three days of expo<\/strong> and will be glad to take part in similar projects in the future. But for now let\u2019s concentrate on our courses in Florence!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
