I was in the same as class as <a href=\"https:\/\/espressoacademy.it\/en\/happycoffeepeople\/espresso-academy-happycoffeepeople-robin-treulieb\/\">Robin ( from Canada she was also interviewed by you to 3 words (hehehe) . But I should say that it is a place to learn with competent teachers and together with people from the whole world.<\/p>\n<h4>Do you think that what did you learn in Espresso Academy was important for your coffee career?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes, we learned to respect the bean and have fun while using it. We learned about different kinds of coffee and we tasted them. So I would say: work with responsibility and know what you do, but enjoy doing it. Some months after the course, me and my husband opened Brasil Barista in Mo I Rana,\u00a0 a city in north of Norway.\u00a0 Brasil Barista was really well received. We have focus in quality and service and we won a prize for Best Service in town for 2018. Guess that besides the quality and service, clients also enjoy our place because of the brazilian vibe and soul<\/p>\n<h4>What are your future &#8220;coffee&#8221; projects?<\/h4>\n<div dir=\"auto\">We are happy with the results so far but we were asked to bring Brasil Barista to other cities in Europe and that&#8217;s both a challenge and a dream for us.<\/div>\n<div
