Once you learn to know the coffee world you cannot get enough.. This is what we feel and what many student have pointed out during our courses.<\/span><\/p>\n

So far we\u2019ve always organized a 5 day coffee route with a<\/span> tasting course,<\/a> two days of barista, <\/a>brewing<\/a> and roasting<\/a><\/b>, but meanwhile every month we also have an italian variation where we also talk about caf\u00e8 management and cocktails.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the caf\u00e8 management course was aimed mainly for people opening in italy (with italian habits, laws and restrictions) we never tried offering it in english, but since there seems to be a strong interest in this type of course from our coffee route students Gabriele has worked day and night to make an<\/span> international <\/b>version of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our<\/span> Coffee Route in April<\/b> will be the first one to have the <\/span>caf\u00e8 management course included<\/b><\/a>, and at the same time we are thinking about adding a <\/span>Green Coffee Course<\/b><\/a> to it where the attention goes to the plant, the processing methods and the selection of coffee!<\/span><\/p>\n

We will finally have a <\/span>full Coffee Week<\/b>!!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t
