we\u2019ve opened, thanks to our partner One House Solution, the brand new Espresso Academy Nepal.<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It has been a great pleasure for our trainers <strong>Gabriele Cortopassi and Robert Brinck<\/strong> to share their knowledge and introduce for the first time the <strong>Italian Barista Method\u2122certifications<\/strong> to nepalese baristas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We provide our two levels of <strong>Italian Barista Method\u2122 Certification<\/strong> with <strong>theoretical lessons,pratical training and the final Exam<\/strong> with our World Competition, the <strong>Italian Barista Time Trial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">At the end of the exam we had <strong>the new nepalese Record<\/strong> for the Italian Barista Time Trial.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Mira Rai<\/strong> finished her performance in 8\u201900\u201d and her name and time is now in <a href=\"https:\/\/espressoacademy.it\/en\/registro-diplomi-riconosciuti\/\"><strong>our Record Page!!<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(and is also the Asian Record!!!)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">She start her performance preparing 2 cappuccino, 1 marocchino and 1 caffelatte, <strong>the second order<\/strong> <strong>after 1&#8217;50&#8221;<\/strong> was 1 espresso macchiato, 1 cappuccino, 1 cappuccino bianco, 1 espresso and <strong>the last order after 3&#8217;00&#8221;<\/strong> was 1 espresso macchinato and 1 latte macchiato.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong> Are you ready to try to beat this
