The focus of the Online Coffee Sustainability Course is, for that reason, the<strong> social, economic, and environmental aspects of the coffee supply chain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/espressoacademy.it\/en\/our-courses\/coffee-sustainability-course-coffee-sustainability-program-sca\/\">course<\/a> aim is to clarify the complex but manageable sustainability challenges in the coffee chain. Its main objective is to assist in identifying and applying the most effective solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Online SCA Coffee Sustainability Course Trainers &nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is led by <strong>Michele Cantarella and Simone Celli<\/strong><br><br><strong>Michele Cantarella<\/strong> is the first AST Italian of the sustainability program of the Specialty Coffee Association. Michele is the main trainer of the Espresso Academy in Salerno. He is AST also for brewing and barista area.<br><br><strong>Simone Celli <\/strong>is trainer for Barista, Brewing and Latte Art courses. He is Latte Art Grading certifier and one of the founders of the Italian Barista Certificate system.
