Coffee Roasting and blending course SCA

The basic roasting and blending course consists of an intense day (perhaps we will finish a little late) which aims to give important theoretical and practical foundations on the science (and art) of roasting and blending. From the roasting machine to the roasting stages up to the coffees to be used for your blends.
The course allows you to access, if asked, the SCA roasting foundation exam.
Passing the SCA foundation exam (optional) allows to get 5 points for the SCA Coffee Skills Program diploma.
