Un corso dedicato a chi vuole apprendere in maniera pratica le basi della latte art, conoscere le regole di base e imparare a fare le figure del cuore, foglia e tulip, figure su cui costruire, con la pratica, quelle più complesse.

Il corso, pensato per chi lavora in ambiente professionale, è riconosciuto a livello internazionale dal sistema Italian Barista Certificate ed è propedeutico alle certificazioni Latte Art Grading system.
Il corso è valido per  Basic Latte art - Italian Barista Certificate e segue gli standard internazionali Italian Barista Certificate.

Programma del corso di Latte Art base

PROGRAMMA GIORNO 1

  • Che tipi di latte usare, differenze in montatura e disegno fra intero, scremato, fresco, vaccino, avena, soya e altri vegetali
  • Quali tipi di lattiere sono più adatti per montare il latte e per la latte art
  • Pratica: la corretta tecnica per la montatura del latte lucida e senza bolle
  • La realizzazione del cappuccino “con la macchia bianca”
  • Pratica: le basi della latte art: altezza, flusso, movimento del polso
  • Pratica per realizzare la figura del cuore
  • Pratica per realizzare la figura della foglia
  • Pratica per realizzare la figura del tulip
  • Evolvere da ora in poi: come si fanno figure come il reverse e le figure di animali.
  • L’uso del pennino e degli squeezer
  • I nuovi cappuccini in 3D, i cappuccini colorati e i cappuccini arcobaleno.

A questa prima giornata è possibile collegarne una seconda di latte art avanzata. Il programma della seconda giornata è il seguente (non in tutte le sedi, richiedere via mail)

PROGRAMMA GIORNO 2

  • Pratica: riprendiamo le figure realizzate il giorno prima e puntiamo a migliorarle
  • Pratica. Combinare più figure in una tazza: più cuori, più foglie
  • Pratica. Le figure avanzate: il reverse, il vortex, il cigno
  • Il cappuccino con latte art nelle tazze da gara
  • Come vengono valutati i cappuccini nelle competizioni e durante gli esami del Latte Art Grading System
  • Pratica. Come migliorare contrasto e simmetria
  • Pratica libera su figure a scelta dello studente o finalizzate al suo esame
  • Simulazione di un esame Grading
  • Eventuale esame finale di Latte Art Grading con Certificazione (su richiesta)

    Al termine del corso di Latte Art Avanzato (due giorni) è possibile prenotarsi per prender parte agli esami di certificazione del Latte Art Grading System per le lattiere Bianca, e  Lattiera Arancio  Su richiesta si effettuano anche esami per i livelli: Lattiera Verde, Lattiera Rossa e Lattiera Nera.

    Chi intendesse prender parte agli esami di certificazione è pregato di segnalarcelo al momento dell’iscrizione al corso.

Cosa troverai al corso di Latte Art Base

La latte art si impara in un solo modo: con tanto pratica! Per questo in nel corso di latte art vediamo all’inizio poche regole di base, poi si comincia con un sacco di pratica.

Nel corso iniziamo esaminando latte e lattiere giuste, quindi le regole base della latte art. A quel punto cominca la pratica: il cuore, la foglia e, man mano che cresciamo di livello, il cuore, il dragone, l’orso, le varie forme di tulip e altro ancora. Senza dimenticare i cappucci 3D i cappuccini colorati e quelli arcobaleno.

Se il tuo livello è già più elevato e mirate alle certificazioni del Latte Art Grading System potete prendere parte al nostro corso avanzato di latte art.

Tutti i programmi dei corsi di latte art riconosciuti sono preparatori alla certificazione internazionale LAGS (Latte Art Grading System) e Italian Barista Certificate, struttura che ha diverse sedi nel mondo e può essere usata a livello internazionale.

corsi di Barista base e avanzato certificati sono propedeutici alla certificazione SCA Barista Skills e Italian Barista Certificate, certificazioni riconosciute nel mondo e molto richieste per chi vuole cercare lavoro come barista in Inghilterra, USA o Australia.

I corsi di tostatura, roasting, sensory e green coffee sono tutti preparatori alle certificazioni SCA per i moduli Roasting, Sensory skills e Green Coffee del Coffee Skills Program.

I attended it in November this year..just a fantastic experience..Roberto ,the lecturer, is an amazing guy ,delivering lessons in asuch easy manners.He also takes you for a lunch break to experience real Italian cuisine for little money.Overall, I cam only recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn about coffee machines and have fun along the way.Highly,highly, highly recommend.

I found Espresso Academy after doing some research into espresso machine maintenance courses; after reading the reviews, and not finding anything suitable based in the UK, I reached out to ask some questions about the course...From the very first email, Cristina was so friendly, knowledgable and welcoming that she put my mind at rest and showed me that Espresso Academy know exactly what they are doing.I booked my flights, my accommodation, and told the team I was coming for the course!I could not recommend these guys enough - they are knowledgable, friendly and absolutely professional. Fantastic course on coffee machine maintenance, learned a lot in the short amount of time the course runs. Robert is a great teacher, easy going, explains things well and answers all questions. All other staff members we met during the course were also incredibly polite and welcoming. Well worth the travel.

I’ve been planning to follow my passion for coffee with a professional training course and I found what I was looking for at The Espresso Academy. From the start Cristiana was very helpful for planning and booking this course for me, responding promptly and making it easier for my needs. Took the two day advanced barista course and it exceeded my expectations. Great teachers, great content, and even though it was a short course we got plenty of time to practice actual coffee making without sparing milk. And a bonus is the opportunity to meet coffee students from all over the world, that most likely share similar goals to yours. Highly recommend for anyone getting into coffee business.

I've attended many courses at Espresso Academy Firenze and I loved it! The staff is incredibly friendly and the courses very nice structured. Theory and lots of practice and we could even visit the roastery! The whole place smells of coffee :) During the pandemic I've also attended a couple Online Courses which were great and the teacher answered all the questions. I totally recommend going there to learn about coffee and become friends with the most amazing teachers :) Hope to see you soon guys!!
