– What did you learn in Espresso Academy was important for your coffee career?
Yes, during the courses I’ve seen live all what I read about coffee on books and internet
– Are you working in a coffee business?
After the course I build up my own coffee shop business in Beirut – Lebanon under the name of Beau Coffee Shop
What are your future projects?
My original Plan was to expand the business, opening several coffee shops in Beirut, but due to bad economical situation I postponed the expansions now…for the moment!
