When do you attend Espresso Academy’s Coffee Courses?

I started thinking about doing the courses after COVID started. At the first occasion i had, I was in Florence, in the middle of October 2021

Espresso academy is community, passion for coffee and for people. 

What did you learn in Espresso Academy was important for your coffee career?

Espresso academy is been very important for my career. The  coffee courses helped me to make my training more reliable and professional. I also learnt how to explore and play with the combination of different tastes, making new drinks recipes and to keep the customers interested to try new coffees.  The coffee shop management course helped me to understand how I could improve my management skills on a large scale. 

Are you working in a coffee business? (Where can we find you? You can describe us your Coffee Shop?) 

I manage even flow, a coffee shop with two sites at the moment. Quite a particular place that it’s a combination of coffee and music. We do sell vinyls, new and second hand. Even flow has definitely a character, funky and classy at the same time. The team works so hard to keep an excellent standard of products and the passion for music just give us an amazing atmosphere.

What are your future projects?

My future is on coffee. I will love to become a coffee trainer and maybe something more after that. I love to connect with people and transfer knowledge to others.

Gestisco una caffetteria con due punti vendita al momento. Sono coffee shop abbastanza particolari: una combinazione tra caffè e musica. Vendiamo vinili, nuovi e usati. La clientela ha decisamente un carattere funky e di classe allo stesso tempo. Il nostro team lavora molto duramente per mantenere uno standard eccellente sia sui prodotti della caffetteria che sui prodotti legati alla musica. Questo ci regala un’atmosfera straordinaria.
