- With over 25 years in the coffee world, Simone started as a barista and then moved into entrepreneurship and training. He has strong expertise in roasting, brewing, and tasting.
- Simone has led training and consultancy projects worldwide.
Certified Coffee Sustainability Online Course
- This online Coffee Sustainability course always includes a certified diploma from Espresso Academy, a school present in over 30 countries.
- The course covers the SCA Coffee Sustainability Foundation program. If interested, you can take the official exam through a specific procedure.
- You can also take the Italian Barista Certificate (IBC) exam via video call with our trainers.
