A full day of courses for our trainer Kaai Iwano today! In the morning a Coffee Discovery Course with two coffee lovers from USA who wants to improve their knowledge about italian coffee culture.

In the afternoon an indonesian Barista visited our school for a Private Latte Art Training with the help of our trainer Simone before opening his own coffee shop very soon. Lots of cappuccini poured with rosetta and tulip trying to improve the simmetry and the contrast of the patterns.
