Our Italian Barista Method™ has reached Kathmandu, Nepal where we’ve opened, thanks to our partner One House Solution, the brand new Espresso Academy Nepal.

It has been a great pleasure for our trainers Gabriele Cortopassi and Robert Brinck to share their knowledge and introduce for the first time the Italian Barista Method™certifications to nepalese baristas.

We provide our two levels of Italian Barista Method™ Certification with theoretical lessons,pratical training and the final Exam with our World Competition, the Italian Barista Time Trial.

At the end of the exam we had the new nepalese Record for the Italian Barista Time Trial.

Mira Rai finished her performance in 8’00” and her name and time is now in our Record Page!! (and is also the Asian Record!!!)

She start her performance preparing 2 cappuccino, 1 marocchino and 1 caffelatte, the second order after 1’50” was 1 espresso macchiato, 1 cappuccino, 1 cappuccino bianco, 1 espresso and the last order after 3’00” was 1 espresso macchinato and 1 latte macchiato.
