Everything is ready for the opening of a new branch abroad of Espresso Academy, that after Kathmandu (Nepal), Bangkok (Thailand), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Cairo (Egypt) is about to inaugurate the brand new Espresso Academy Taiwan in Taipei.

In fact, we start from the coffee botany and get to the preparation of the espresso and all the other drinks required in the Coffee Shop, with particular attention to the practical aspect and the barista’s speed.

 One of the funniest tests of the Italian Barista Method exams, which in some events has become a real competition, is the Barista Time Trial that simulates the work of a Barista behind the counter with coffee orders that arrive at a short time from each other and that evaluates not only the speed but also the memory of the Barista and the practical organization of the work, as well as the technical realization of the drinks.

Hsin Sung, Shan Hsiao, and Mei-Lien Yeh will then introduce the Italian Barista Method in Taipei, making it available to all Taiwanese Baristas who want to expand their knowledge and certify them with an Italian Barista diploma trough real Italian Coffee Courses in Taiwan.
