During this class, you will
- You will learn how to measure and describe the characteristics of coffee using a technical terminology,
- Learn how to create a panel of coffee tasters in a coffee company and calibrate the members
- Learn how to record the tests and use the cupping tasting sheets to keep consistent the quality of your blends.
- Learn how to match the taste asked by your clients for their coffees, using different coffees and different roasting profiles.
Prior experience in coffee tasting is recommended to participate in this course.
This course allows access to the SCA sensory professional exam, which is the last step before the procedure to become AST.
