A new Five Days Coffee Route it took place in Espresso Academy this week with coffee enthusiast from all over the world: Costarica, Malasya, Russia, Switzerland, China and for the very first time in our school a guy from Kona, Hawaii.
We started on Monday with the Cupping and Tasting Course, Tuesday and Wednesday Advanced Barista Course, Thursday Coffee Brewing Course and Friday Coffee Roasting Course.
