In Espresso Academy we love to share our knowledge with baristi and coffee professionals all over the world. This week our Trainer Simone has been on tour troughout Germany to vistit some of the shops of PANO (Brot unt Kaffee) group who choose our Academy for training their Baristi.

PANO is a concept that serves high quality coffee and different types of bread, in an elegant and stylish atmosphere.  We had the opportunity to talk about italian Espresso and Cappuccino giving baristas the skills to work their products at its best visiting Koblenz, Montabauer, Munich, Erding, Memmingen and Costance coffee shop and meeting many Baristi who took part in our Coffee Course.
