We are really happy and proud to announce that, thanks to our official partner Mattina Coffee, we are opening a new Espresso Academy in Dubai. 

Last week our trainer Simone Celli spent four full days training and certifying our new official Italian Barista Method Official Trainers. It has been a real pleasure to share our knowledge and our training system with a really passionate group of coffee professional.

At the end of the training, Michael and John have faced our Barista Time Trial, our Barista speed competition, with the new Asian Record of 6’34” using the amazing Elektra Espresso Machines that will be used during the training.

In a couple of weeks our first Italian Barista Method Courses in the Emirates will be a reality. It would be an opportunity to grow for baristas and coffee professional that want to add an Italian approach to their coffee career with a deep knowledge of Barista job.
