We had a new full week of coffee course in Espresso Academy from the 19th to the 26th of April, our “One week coffee Route”.

A great group of students coming from: Kuwait, Usa, Lithuania, Portugal, South Korea, Belgium, Canada, Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

We started with a Green Coffee Course and we continued with Coffee Tasting Course and the two days of Basic and Advanced Barista. For the first time our trainer Gabriele held a  Coffee Shop Management class to teach how to open an Italian Coffee Shop abroad.

After a day of Brewing Course with Helena, our Brewing AST, we had a Roasting and Blending Course with Marco.

An intense week that involved all our trainers: Simone, Ilaria, Marco, Gabriele and Helena to satisfy all the requests of our super students.
