We met Edgar Kazlausks, a Latvian guy who has moved to England for many years, during one of our International Coffee Routes.
A student full of passion for coffee that led him to become a coffee professional obtaining many SCA certifications, including the first Barista Skills Professional of Espresso Academy and becoming an Authorized SCA Trainer.
In these years, Edgar has developed many experiences as a professional barista and a coffee roaster, making several trips to coffee plantation.
All this work led him to write a book about his passion and in this book he dedicated a whole page to our school from where it all started.
