A new Coffee Discovery Course with our trainer Ilaria Nocentini this morning, Kate and Sue came from California, Usa to make a tour in the coffee world. We started from theoretical introduction on coffee plantation (unfortunatly we don’t have one in Florence!). After a tour of our roastery we passed to espresso and cappuccino with a lot of practice and fun!
