Marco Cremonese
One of the coffee and roasting guru in Italy. To write the CV of Marco we would need two websites! Let’s just say that he has roasted coffee for many Italian (and not) competitors in world championship of Barista. Marco is also consultant for some of the most important Italian roasting companies and SCA Authorized Trainer for toasting, tasting and green coffee.
Simone Celli
A real barista, with many years of experience behind the counter. His blog ilcaffeespressoitaliano.com is the most read italian coffee blog in the world! He´s a trainer for the Barista, Brewing and Latte Art courses and official LAGS certifier.
Gabriele Cortopassi
Waiter, barista, bartender, sommelier, and then restaurant manager and consultant (running restaurants is as hard as climbing mountains!) In 2008 he founded aprireunbar.com, a blog about how to open coffee shops, having now more than a million of visits per year. He is the trainer of the management courses, but also as barista he is not so bad…
Robert Brinck
Robert entered the coffee industry at the age of twenty and since then has collaborated with us as a trainer and contributed to bring to life many of our projects. Together we've been able to develop a specific course for espresso machine maintenance and created a small international community of expert technicians helping each other by sharing professional advice. Outside of our courses Robert has a role in quality control and roasting of specialty coffees for CaffeLab and, in our consultancy projects for roasting companies and coffee shops, he is responsible for the selection of the necessary equipment, coffee and development of the final product.
Quentin Fouan
It's true that France and coffee sometimes don't go together, but Quentin Fouan, from Nantes, is certainly the exception that proves the rule.
Quentin is also an added values to the school, with his photography and graphic design skills, which he mixes and integrates with his great passion for coffee (and he gives us the possibility to offer courses in French!).
Helena Oliviero
Is it possible to combine very young age, a lot of experience abroad and great skills in coffee? Helena shows that is possible! She is also AST for barista skill and brewing modules, and the Italian Champion of Ibrik Coffee!! She's also a Q-grader for Arabica and Robusta and the Italian Cup Tasting Champion 2018. In the Espresso Academy team she is responsible for the abroad courses.
