When do you attend Espresso Academy’s Coffee Courses?

I started attending Espresso Academy’s Coffee Courses, starting with Latte Art, in mid 2019. And eventually, I started the same year with the Specialty Coffee Courses. I have completed my SCA courses and reached the Red Jug for the Latte Art Grading System.

Three words (or even more) to describe Espresso Academy?

Espresso Academy is a school where you can have fun while learning. The teachers are great, multilingual and also fun to talk to about coffee.

What did you learn in Espresso Academy that was important for your coffee career?

Every single thing I learned is important for my coffee career. So much things are happening behind the scenes, and it’s not just us baristas pouring that perfect cup of coffee in frontof a customer but also the hard work of everyone from the coffee farms to the roasters.

Are you working in a coffee business? (Where can we find you? Can you describe to us your Coffee Shop?)

I am not currently working in a coffee business, but I am currently in Japan learning their coffee culture on my own as well as gathering ideas and information.

What are your future projects?

Keep on learning and tasting different kinds of coffee for now, and eventually open my own cafe.
