Sensory Skills
In the Espresso Academy team there are SCA Authorized Trainer for all 5 modules of the new Coffee Skills Program: Barista, Brewing, Sensory, Green and Roasting.
Every month we have scheduled dates for the certifications of the foundation levels of each training module and you can find all the info on this page.
Green Coffee
In March, we have also scheduled 2 two-day courses, at our school in Florence, dedicated to the “Intermediate” levels of the Green Coffee and Sensory Skills module.
