New trip to Antwerp, Belgium, for our trainer Gabriele Cortopassi for a three-day course in collaboration with “The Chef’s Cut”, a group specialized in organizing high-level gastronomic experiences.
Among the students there was an Italian Chef, an English blogger and some Belgian baristas who told us how the culture of espresso is growing in Flanders.
